In order to complete this questionnaire and your order, you will need:

Natural daylight
A mirror large enough to reflect your face and hair
2 recent photographs of yourself taken in daylight. Please ensure the photographs correctly represent your colouring.
If surface mailed to us, these will be returned to you with your swatch and colour booklet.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

If sending photographs by surface mail, print a copy of the order after you have completed the questions. Attach the two recent portrait photographs of yourself (head and shoulders in natural light with a neutral background) to the printout and mail these to us for processing.
